Your Model Railroad
Which model railroad is it?

I can't find my copy of Great Model Railroads 2005 (Kalmbach)

I know that in it is an article about a large scale, Live Steam, outdoor layout. I just can't remember what it was called.
I know that the name of the article was 'Over the hills and through the woods', but I haven't gotten any further than that.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...
What is the name of the railroad? And does the guy have a website?

Could it be the "Sandy Ridge & Clear Lake Railway" ??

Arrrgh !! I'm missing my copy too !! http://kalmbachcatalog.stores.yahoo.net/gmr050101.html

That said, I did a search for "Great Model Railroads 2005" "Live Steam" and found a forum with this link ( http://www.modelrailroadforums.com/forum/archive/index.php/f-30.html ) with THIS description:

"Just to let all of the large scale modelers know there is a great article on 3 & 3/4 scale live steam layout (if you want to call it a layout) in this years Great Model Railroads 2005. This went on sale last week.

I didn't know what was all in live steam until I saw that article. Have turntables, roundhouses, and it covers 29 acres! I now have a new respect and interest in live steam :) "

I then searched using "Live Steam Model" & "29 Acres" and got THIS link: http://www.railroaddata.com/rrlinks/Live_Steam/Clubs_-_United_States/more2.html

WHICH led to THIS: http://www.srclry.com/
