The Market For Wood Plastic Composites
The market for natural fibre reinforced plastics increased dramatically in the last years, especially in USA and Japan with annual growing rates up to 25% and more. But in the beginning of the last decade also Europe showed increasing interest in these materials. Beside hemp and flax, which are mainly used in the automotive market, also wood-fibres get more and more important, especially in market segments with downward pressure of prices (for example the building industry).
At the beginning, PVC was the only used polymer and wood fibres and flour were passive filler materials to reduce costs. Nowadays, polyolefins gain more and more importance and the wood-fibres are used as an active filler with high contents (wood is therefore now the dominant component in the mixtures).
Nearly all of the past R&D-work considered with wood plastic composites up to 70% wood (mostly <50%). In this project we tried to increase the wood content up to more than 90% wood.
Suzhou Jufeng Plastics Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing wood plastic composites. The products are extensively used in the fields of refrigerators, advertising, decoration, construction, etc. Now, our company owns 3 branch factories for series of panels (Plastic/WPC/ACP), with annual production capacity of 18, 000 tons for plastic sheets/more than 30 types of WPC/advanced ACP and AHP production line in 70m length consists of co-extrusion line, high-temperature & pressure composite machine/first-rate product developing & testing lab.

How do I store dairy and meat with out a refrigerator?
I lived in the woods once and had a super insulated 5 day cooler. I made blocks of ice at the farm and set them under a rigged shelf made of cooling racks. Worked okay. Like an icebox I suppose.
Other methods especially ones that do not require procurring ice? What is a safe temperature for meat and dairy? I know a bit about root cellars. Is there any way I could store fresh goat's milk in here? Did people ever used to submerge stuff in wells?
They used to use wells to keep things cool. The main thing for dairy products like milk and cheese is to keep them between 35 F and 40 F and the same thing goes for meats that are thawed out or fresh and waiting to be used. Meat should be used within a day or two max. If a well is that temperature then it will work for you. Keeping things frozen without ice is nearly impossible with out modern refrigeration.
