Urban Outfitters don't sell vintage clothes on their website, only in the oxford street shop. There aren't many vintage websites but if you go to London they have shops like beyond retro which is amazingg. They also have a new one in Brighton where I'm from if that's closer to you. London also has markets like Camden and portobello so I'd recommend going to London if you want vintage clothes. And as long as an American site ships to the uk it doesn't matter if the price is dollars, you'll get billed in pounds, but the shipping tends to be quite high.
