If you are dreaming about travel to Auckland, New Zealand just do it. Here's why.
Since visiting Auckland myself, I can honestly say that you should go. The feeling of this big town is slow and easy. On top of that, the people are friendly too.
There are popularareas of Auckland you should explore while you are there. Below are details on three of my favorites. Visit them while you are there.
The Viaduct
Don't miss Auckland's waterfront district just north of the CBD. Here you will find many cool restaurants and bars.
You can enjoy a stunning view of the harbor and the many yachts and sailboats from this vantage point.
In the evening, this place is always busy with interesting patrons.
Karangahape Rd
If you like for partying after hours this street is a true hotspot. This street is known for its exotic bars and clubs.
Things here don't start getting going until after 11pm but the craziness goes on well into the early hours of the following morning.
Central Business District
This spot is the city's downtown. The main street running through here is Queen St.
You could easily spend your entire vacation in Auckland just hanging out in this part of town. Daytime there are scores of shops and restaurants to visit. The main street is usually alive with artists.
At night, you will find all kinds of bars and restaurantsto suit all tastes and budgets If you drink wine, you'll find that most locations will have a selection of New Zealand wines to select from.
There are many other regions and hotspots to check out in Auckland - more than enough to keep anyone occupiedfor a long time.
The three places are a suggested place to begin though, since they are convenient to many of the best hotels in Auckland and all are close to each other.
