includes full world street level hybrid mapping, up to 10 reports, a driver ID system and an associated calendar of works. Yes never ask the customer to write a cheque or sign a long-term lease.

“No one ever got sacked for NOT signing a lease. My team see this all the time - suppliers who supply on a lease and don’t supply the service. The simple fact is they get paid upfront for the whole term. It makes all this negotiation about a cost per day absolute nonsense; clients should add this by the term and the number of vehicles and arrive at the capital cost. The bit to worry about then is not the cost per day but the total loss of this capital cost if the supplier fails to deliver. You would never pay a builder up front and in full for an extension - why is this any different?”.
Yes offer simple and easy to use tracking software, and can also offer PDA-based applications for sending data and getting proof of signature through their sister company Harbinger Data Systems.
