What job should you get if you have a lot of frivoulous talents, but no direction?
I just want to taylor what skills I already have so I can provide for my family. I have twenty-two hours of flight time in three different aircraft. I am a certified scuba diver. If I have a manual I can figure anything out. I know how to train large animals. I know how to ride a horse. I can burn illuminated scripts on wood and make them from scratch. I can make antique crochet jewlery, pottery, I know how to us an engraver. I can figure anything out on the computer if I have to and learn anything if I put my mind to it. I graduated Aircrew school in the Navy. I used to do voluteer work at an aquarium feeding seaturtles, sharks, and rays. I only lack 26 credit hours to get my bacelors of Biology. What can I do with all those frivoulous skills? There must be something useful that I can do with them?
The flight experience suggests becoming a co-pilot or a stewardess for an airline.
Putting the volunteer work plus, training large animals, plus the scuba may be useful in getting a job as Sea World, or another private zoo or aquarium.
Can you teach? Consider being a scuba or computer instructer,
The other skills aren't worth much for getting a job, but you may not want a job!
Consider being an independent contractor or small business owner/artist. You'll probably make more money, and you have alot more control over what you'll charge than being a wage slave. If you have to cover bills with a part time job elsewhere then it makes it alot less risky, You'll need to learn sales skills, and you have to have some idea about what will sell. One step up from garage sales is going to an open market and renting a stall for the weekend.
