There is a light industrial building for sale It has been on the market for 3 years?
I am in Michigan and they are asking $260000 for the building it has been on the market for 3 years . They offered to sell it to us on a land contract(the owner) for $225000. for 1-2 years and then they want us to get a mortgage. Do you think that is a fair value 6500 square feet, with a 3 ton crane and air conditioning
the building is in a suburb outside Detroit in a industrial area
You need to be far more specific. If you're close to a metropolitan area, it may be reasonable. If you are in the UP of Michigan, it's probably overpriced.
