is it normal to have cramps really bad after you get put on the depo shot?
i was put on the depo shot to stop my period for basic training. after i got on it i just dont feel myself. i get cramps worse then before, and my nipples are very very tender. is this stuff normal?
Yes, it is normal to have more cramps when on the shot I was on it for about 6 months and my periods did not stop they got worse. My periods would last for 2 weeks at a time! Also while I was on the shot I gained about 30 pounds! Wildheavenfarm is wrong do not try the patch it has caused stroke and heartattacks in ALOT of people!
