And since the gas created by the engine is high toxic and polluting to the environment, the truck employs an exhaust system that reduces the toxicity of the emissions and reduces engine noise as well. Both types of vehicles have injectors - no problem.
In fact, I suspect the manufacturers merely changed the labels from "carburetor cleaner" to "fuel injector cleaner" when carburetors were phased out.
