as a safety measure, Arizona enacted a statute that limited the length of passenger trains to 14 cars and freught trains to 70 cars. Trains of those lengths and greater were common throughout the united states. The southern pacific Railroad challenged the Arizona statute

EDIT FOR JACKSON:
The interstate commerce clause does NOT apply to state regulated highways, rails or other modes of transportation. That is why there is not a national speed limit. Or at least not one that was the result of federal extortion by threat of loss of federal highway funding. Many states have restrictive weight and size regulations on trucks and other vehicles. These have consistently been upheld. This is no different.

He has six law related questions that are clearly school assignments. If he's in law school, he should be kicked out. If he thinks he's going to get INTO law school with study habits like this, thankfully he wont.
