Is there a limit on the # of passengers on passenger cars?
Hi,
I live in NY, and I occasionally provide rides for some of church members.
I have a small SUV, and the church staff wants me to pick up five people.
I think I heard somewhere that there is a limit on the number of passengers on a car, which is equivalent to the number of seat belts.
Is this true? It's about 5 min ride so a very short distance, hence the probability of getting into an accident is small, but I am a bit concerned, just in case.
