Well..I stepped up from "customizing" of 4 inch-ers to 1/6th scale , but , either way , this will work.

You have to sculpt it and cast it.

For something this small , you should get a wax pen (sculpt.com) ---Azbro wax is very good.

Get a hang for it and sculpt your master in wax.

Make a mold of the wax master.

Cast a copy in the mold.

The mold making and liquid plastic can be found at micromark.com or smoothon.com
