Day 1: Hanoi arrival.(D): Arriving at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi , you will be met and driven to your hotel. You will have time to relax after your journey before a ‘Welcome dinner' at a traditional restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine. In the evening, you will have tickets for a performance of traditional Water Puppetry , an art form unique to northern Vietnam , and a good, light-hearted introduction to its rural culture. You will spend the night in Hanoi . Overnight in Kim Tuc hotel (**+ boutique hotel in the old quarter, 40 minutes from Noi Bai airport, friendly atmosphere, buffet breakfast, superior room) Day 2: Hanoi city tour - night train to Sapa (B,L,D): You will have the whole day to explore Vietnam 's capital city. Your guide will take you to the Temple of Literature , the first university in Vietnam dating back to the 11th century, and a popular attraction, as is Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum . You will then drive to the excellent Ethnology Museum for an overview of Vietnam 's 54 distinct ethnic groups in anticipation of your trip to Sapa.Back to Hoan Kiem lake for relaxing, enjoy coffe break. After having dinner our guide will take you to train station for the romance of night train to Sapa. Overnight at King Express 4 soft sleeper wooden A/C cabin Day 3: Lao Cai - Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa (B,L,D): At an elevation of 1,600 meters, Sapa is a delightful former French hill station situated in the mountainous region of Vietnam 's northwest, close to the Chinese border. The region is home to many ethnic minority groups, each wearing traditional and colorful attire. This trip includes a trek through the hills and valleys of the Sapa region, discovering several different minorities along the way. On the trip you will trek along Muong Hoa River sneaking through the valley nearby Sapa town, which is surrounded by huge rice paddy terraces. On the way you will learn more about how is the rice cultivating from when the seed sowed to harvested until being served as cooked rice on your dinner table.

We will take 1hr bus ride uphill to the beautiful town of Sapa . The ride give you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. Upon arrival in Sapa Town we have breakfast in local restaurant. The rest of morning walk around Sapa town, discover colorful ethnic market. After having lunch prepare for a great trek down to the picturesque valley of Muong Hoa . We will walk on small paths and trails to reach Lao Chai and Tavan Village to visit the Tay and Day tribes then keep going along the bottom of the Sapa valley. After that our car will wait and transfer back to Sapa for overnight. Overnight at Summit Hotel (2**, ideally located at the quite side street, in the heart of Sapa town - home to many colorful native hill tribes, offers to its guests and visitors magnificent views of the Hoan Lien mountains range, Superior room) Day 4: Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Lao Cai - Overnight train back to Hanoi (B,L): Sunrise breakfast and then check in your hotel, get ready for our last trek. You first sneak through the market and leave the busy town behind. After a couple of minutes, you will follow a road going down hill to Cat Cat village. You will stop by a waterfall and a hydroelectric station . Take a rest here before you trek downhill to get Sin Chai village. Enjoy beautiful scenery on the way back to Sapa town for lunch. You will have free time to discover by yourself in the afternoon. Dinner is for your choice. Back to hotel for shower and then our car will transfer you to Lao Cai station for overnight train back to Hanoi Overnight at King Express 4 soft sleeper wooden A/C cabin Day 5: Hanoi arrival - Ha Long Bay - Superior Phoenix Cruiser (B,L,D): Arrive in Hanoi at about 4h30. You will be transferred to hotel for freshen up service (shower and buffet breakfast). Be relax until South Pacific Travel's bus and guide will pick you up for Ha Long Bay trip, On the way to Halong city enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong board Superior Phoenix Cruiser . Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape. After visiting Amazing cave we stop at a floating house and go kayaking to Luon cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay. Fresh fruit platter will be served followed by a dinner between 6h30 and 7h00 pm. Overnight on board. Overnight at Superior Phoenix Cruiser (The junk features 3 decks designed with Asia Traditional decor. The boat boasts romantic wooden fixtures, a multitude of windows to make the most of the amazing views, and a spectacular upper deck for your total relaxation) Day 6: Superior Phoenix Cruiser - Halong Bay - Hanoi departure (B,L). Sunrise breakfast and cruise around the clear & emerald water to another part of Halong bay with a close up view of stunning limestone peaks. such as Drum cave , Man's head Islet....Heading to Van Gia fishing village you will have the opportunity to understand more about the fishermen's daily life. Having lunch on board with a variety of local foods, enjoying the rest of the boat trip before back to Halong dock. Back to Hanoi and then transfer to airport for flight.
