What glue works best when gluing fabric (specifically pantyhose) to metal (copper wiring)?
It's for an art project. Also, could the same glue be used to glue feathers to the pantyhose?
How badly do you want to not see the glue? If that's an issue, consider spray glue. Otherwise, you've got a lot of choices, starting with hot glues and moving through epoxies. I'd probably use something like E600, as I already have a tube. Treat feathers like fabric.
