How do you calculate the Ka/Kb of a weak acid/base from a titration curve?
My reaction is: NH3(aq) + HCl(aq) → NH4+(aq) + Cl-(aq)
My idea is that I would find the half-equivalence point on the titration curve and the pH at the half-equivalence point = pKa. Then I would use 10^-pKa = Ka. I think this is the wrong way of doing it.

You're nearly right. I'm assuming your adding HCl to ammonia. Choose a point half way after equivalence, and measure the pH from the curve. This gives the pKa of the ammonium ion. Then subtract from 14 to give the pKb of ammonia.
