How many fish could I put in a 5 gal tank?
I just bought a five gal tank, and I'm planning on putting a female Betta I just bought, and two Platies I already have in there together. Would that be okay? Also, I was wondering if I could add anymore fish in or is that the limit already?
3 or 4 corydora catfish would fit in nicely, and pretty much reach the limits of the tank but doesn't overdo it. The betta certainly won't pose an issue and the tank can handle that without a problem, assuming all is cared for right. Pleco's get huge and are messy - bad choice.
