The Woman And The Relationship: Those In Control And The Men Who Know It.
Whoever said that the man was in control of the relationship was wrong; as every woman and experienced man knows, the woman is in control of the relationship. The woman dictates what's right and wrong, the woman sets down the rules of engagement, the woman determines especially how the sex life between her and her man will be conducted. In a word: the woman is in control of the relationship.
Men, deal with this reality!
As surprising as it may seem, many men like it this way. They like an assertive woman who takes charge and has the balls to stand up against their egos. THIS is what drives the men crazy with sexual excitement, what gets the juices flowing for them-the challenge! These men are not necessarily submissive, only those who like strong women. Some men ARE submissive, too, and there's a reason.
Who is it that the man fears when he goes out for milk and decides to head to the pub for a few pints? He fears her because she intimidates him. How can this be if he's in control? That's the point-he's not, and he knows it.
Why is this the case? Well, there are a couple of reasons. First, men are typically less tuned into marital obligations. This doesn't mean he doesn't take those obligations seriously, only that he's generally more laidback than the woman, who, as many men know, is commonly, although not absolutely, reserved. She keeps her feelings and thoughts to herself unless there's a good reason to express them. This is done on purpose and serves as the means for her control over the man and the relationship. The man never knows what she is thinking; he is kept wondering about her all of the time. This is one reason why he is intimidated by her.
Another reason, as everyone knows, is pure, simple sex. Men generally have a higher sex drive than the woman and therefore have a greater need and desire for it. The woman knows this and clearly uses it (or lack of it) to keep him in line. And it works, too. If he wants it, he behaves; if he misbehaves . . . and, yes, he knows it.
The conditions delineated in this short article do not describe the status of every single relationship, but they explain the majority of them. The man gets in trouble with the wife more frequently than the other way around, and he's considered his wife's "second [or] other little boy." This isn't necessarily a condescension, but it does reflect the control she knows that she has over him. That's the nature of heterosexual relationships, especially here in the West.

Any one with experience of tubular air-preheater fires in a baggasse fired boiler and share their experience!
A 46.0 TPH bi-drum sugar mill boiler firing baggasse with tubular APH caught fire in the APH portion during re-start of a fresh season. during the layoff period, some modification work was done to Superheater and maintrenance work performed on the TG spreader stoker, pneumatic spreader was replaced with fresh ones. Alkali boil out was done by firing wood. Boiler was taken back into service by admitting baggase and with in a few hours of restart was stopped to attend some other non-boiler malfunction. With in 6-8 hours, personnel noticed red hot APH enclosure (bottom portion of the top block (lowest equipment in the second pass - just below the economiser ; the bottom block APH is located on the third pass; top block gas flow is top to bottom). Inspection revealed part of the bottom portion tube plate as wells as part of the APH tubes-lower portion have melted down. No damage to the APH ash hopper and no evidence of any fire in the hopper zone but for parts of molten APH parts.
APH fire is quite common in regenerative type and adequate firesuppression measures are generally installed for damage control.
Your APH is shell and tube type with gas in tube side design .
Fire /melt down , in APH such case is only possible due to some tube bends being choked by half burnt bagassy.
ABSENCE OF PROPER PURGING DURING RESTATUP OF THE BOILER IS THE CAUSE BEHIND THE FIRE. N2 PURGING SYSTEM TO PREVENT FUTURE RECURRENCE IS RECOMMENDED.
