Being 16 years old, is runing 440, in 59 seconds, on a gravel track at practice, a good time?
I think it's an alright time, because last year when I was in grade nine I was gettign 52 seconds inpractice on the same track except we started around where the 100m starts but this year we did it just like a regular track and started at the curve. when Igot 59 this year I wasn't going my fastest but I was going at a pretty fast past!
