Creating E-Covers Using Photoshop? Forget It

what are the protective covers for disks called that can be used in play and where can I buy them? ?
Plastic, one-sided, pop on covers. go on the CD, game or DVD and can remain on in system.
Never heard of this, but I would think it would throw the balance off and end up scratching your disc. Not sure it's a good idea to have something like on your disc that could damage your expensive console/dvd/cdplayer.
