Position as Coal Mining Project Manager

Between PT. Bukit Baiduri Energi as the “KP HOLDER” a company duly established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with its office at GRAHA GANESHA Jalan. Hayam Wuruk No.28, 3rd floor, Jakarta Pusat 10120, of the first party, and PT Kaltim Persada as the “CONTRACTOR”) a company duly established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with is office at Jalan Pahlawan No.1 Samarinda Kalimantan Timur of the second party.

This section I’m directed with Maintenance Manager to discussed maintenance engineering basical of service 250,500,750,1000,2000 hour and make to planning schedule Mid Life Engine and Over Haul all component Heavy Equipment so as to Coal Productions be able appropriate for Plan Productions Schedule.

- Manage Safety and Environment

During occupying as Project Manager at mining area PT. Bukit Baiduri Energi Kalimanatan Timur I awarded to KP Holder Safety 1,000,000 hrs anti induction from Loss Time Fatal Accident and free impact strength environment.

I have responsible to make report appear to be site to Director as Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Recovery Charge, Stock On Hand, ETC

Inventory, Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Material Out Standing, Stock On hand, Dead Stock, Slow Moving, Fast Moving including Physical Check. ETC

3. Maintenace

Manage all Operational Equipment so as to Mining can be working properly that is my responsible to control as I do ménage : Greasing, Servicing, Component Schedule Check, Preparation Spare Part dispatch, Mid Life Engine or Component, General Overhaul, Fuel Consumption. ETC

4. Financial Accounting

For Financial Accounting I have just to know : Forecast and Labor Cost, Consumables .

After I have got much experiences at this Project because no someone can be to operate computerize at that time and all management have still used manual system system after that I’m going to be a change for the better with Computer system John Holland Company happy feast eyes on change result.
