What is the going rate for custom car stereo install?
I have someone that wants me to install 4 15" kickers in a custom built box by me and a console that runs from the front to the back.I have always done my own so i have no idea what to charge.There will be fold out tv monitors,eq,4-6 amps.Charge by the hour or set price?
$65-$85/Hr depending on the location. + materials for the enclosure. Carpet covered MDF should only take 4-6 hours depending on the design.
Custom mount monitors ~2hours each
eq install - $35
amp install - $65 per amp
custom console - by the hour
