What Do I Need to Know Before Building My New Garage?

Determine before building your new garage if electrical will be added in the future. Running conduit ahead of time is much easier if your power supply is to be located underground. Have an electrical plan or draw the desired lighting and outlets onto your garage's floor plan.

I have a gold coin from Iran. It is round-7/8" in diameter with a building on one side of it. What is it?
On the other side of the coin is geometric type design. All the writing is in Farsi so I am at a loss as to knowing what it might be worth. I've had it for about 10 years. Help!
